Economic design for double inspection quick switching system

Abstract: Production industries, concentrate for achieve their customers to produce good quality product or defect free product and minimize the cost. In this article provides Economic Design for Double Inspection Quick Switching System has been proposed to minimize the total cost while satisfying both the producer’s and the consumer’s quality and risk requirements. Tables are constructed for Total Cost based on different Acceptance Numbers, Proportion Defective, Inspection Cost, Outgoing Cost, and Failure cost. A practical example is presented to demonstrate the proposed plan for its applicability.
