Solving transportation problems using hybrid simulated annealing and genetic algorithm

Abstract: This study presented a hybrid genetic-simulated annealing technique. The simulated annealing approach improves population solutions at each step if the algorithm mostly uses genetic algorithm search processes. The suggested approach solved the transportation issue and was compared to the simulated simulation algorithm and genetic algorithm.
