Innovative new approach to teaching scientific research and statistics in higher institutions

Abstract: This study was conducted to examine some methods of teaching research and statistics focusing more on more on novel method of teaching statistics in the higher institutions. Research and statistics has being one of the major courses students’ poor performance in recent years. This study reveals a new approach to teaching research and statistics in the higher institutions. In most semesters the performance of students in statistics is always usually low and in most time whenever students had an alternative option to either drop statistics or to take another course in place of statistics they always rush to drop statistics. The phobia for research and statistics is higher than almost all other courses in the universities, an average students don’t really love and like statistics, they believe that it’s a stressful course and one can easily come into error term. In conclusion, the Innovative new approach to teaching scientific research and statistics in higher institutions is a method that combine practical’s using latest computer software’s and face to face classroom teaching method.
